INDIAN CLUBS CIRCUIT TRAINING

In this volume 1, you get 3 training circuits for stronger legs, shoulders and grip. The exercises are very accessible for new beginners to Indian clubs.

Each circuit video is demonstrated for 1 round, with basic cues on how to perform the exercises. Repeat the circuits to suit your fitness levels. Each circuit includes a PDF document where you can find training guidelines.

Remember to warm up for 5 minutes before you press play. Stretch and cool down after training as needed!

You will need a timer for some of the circuits, or you can follow along our trainer.

    These 2 Indian clubs circuit training videos challenge skills, strength and fitness.

    The high pulse circuit lives to its name, and will get your attention after 1 round.  You ‘ll alternate between bodyweight exercises and very basic club exercises.

    The second on is based on the famous book from 1866 by Sam Kehoe “Indian clubs exercises”, with single and double club exercises.

    The Indian club exercises in this video pack are accessible to intermediate club swingers.

    This 4 week kettlebell swing program is designed for people who are just starting off with kettlebells, or may have been inactive for a while.

    The focus is on perfecting the 2 arm kettlebell swing and increasing strength and cardiovascular fitness levels, without rushing or any extreme programming. Plan to train 3 times a week for 30 minutes.

    The program includes a 4 week plan, assistance exercises and advice on progression, warm up and cool down.
