INDIAN CLUBS CIRCUIT TRAINING
In this volume 1, you get 3 training circuits for stronger legs, shoulders and grip. The exercises are very accessible for new beginners to Indian clubs.
We also included our video “Club Swinging 101 Express” free of charge, if you need to review safety and key points!
Each circuit video is demonstrated for 1 round, with basic cues on how to perform the exercises. Repeat the circuits to suit your fitness levels. Each circuit includes a PDF document where you can find training guidelines.
Remember to warm up for 5 minutes before you press play. Stretch and cool down after training as needed!
You will need a timer for some of the circuits, or you can follow along our trainer.
