We picked relevant Indian club swinging exercises for HEMA sword fighting that will give you the most bang for your buck. Strength alone is nothing if you can’t move well!

We do not use the traditional British military stance in our video tutorials! This rigid style is counter productive to the fighting applications of club swinging. You need to move fast in and out, and use your hips to generate full body power on every hit!

The exercises we picked target: agility, coordination, flow, mobility, spine/shoulder/ grip/ core stability and strength. Club exercises include both single handed , double handed and drills with 2 clubs.

To make the most of put this video pack, we recommend you to train with both light and heavy clubs. If using Pahlavandle™ , after you become familiar with the exercises, it will be an advantage to fill some bottles with sand or gravel for the double handed drills.
