INDIAN CLUBS SAM KEHOE WORKOUT & BODYWEIGHT CIRCUIT TRAINING
Are you ready for fun and effective workouts with Indian clubs?
You will need a timer for the high pulse circuit, or you can follow along our trainer.
The Sam Kehoe’s workout is based on reps, and we challenge you to slightly increase the weight of your clubs each round.
Each circuit video is demonstrated for 1 round. Repeat the circuits to suit your fitness levels. Each circuit includes a PDF document where you can find training guidelines.
Please observe that the videos in this section are not in depth tutorials! It is expected you have some understanding of the heart shaped swings, circles and pendulums.
Remember to warm up for 5 minutes before you press play. Stretch and cool down after training as needed.
