A YOGABOARD, INDIAN CLUBS AND 110 MINUTES OF FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUT!
The yogaboard’s curved underside intensifies workouts by creating instability. The yogaboard is designed for anyone looking to improve their balance and reflexes for surfing, wakeboarding, SUP/ paddleboarding, snowboarding or skateboarding!
Exercises on the yogaboard strengthen the muscles and promote better postural awareness, coordination and mindfulness.
The patented yogaboard is produced in Bavaria, Germany. The underside is made of 3D-MDF – an extremely robust wood material. The top of the yogaboard is made from BauBuche, a laminated product from regional and sustainably cultivated beech.
The yogaboard weighs 11 kg for a size of 178 cm, and can withstand individuals up to 120 kg. It has a water repellent finish, however, it is not designed to use on the water.
SUITABLE FOR ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS
Depending on the surface you lay the yogaboard on, you can adjust the level of instability for your wokouts. A thick and soft cushioned surface under the yogaboard is perfect for beginners, while a harder surface challenges the stability more.
TRAIN IN THE OFF-SEASON
The Yogaboard brings SUP Yoga and fitness classes to dry land. No need to drive to the beach, lake or pool, no need for the perfect weather conditions. It’s the closest feeling you’ll get to being on water or snow, the perfect training tool for the off-season.

We have even included specific tutorials as extra material for the more advanced swings.
You get a full follow along video program, where we take you from the warm up to 3 exciting circuits with 2 levels of difficulty, then we end the session with a simple and effective cool down.
It’s up to you to decide the intensity and how long you want to train, from 6 to 30 minutes or more!
WHAT ARE INDIAN CLUBS?
Indian clubs are one of the oldest training form known to man still in existence today! The circular patterns with clubs improve strength and endurance, but also mobility, balance, agility and coordination. The swings stretch muscles, tendons and fascia, making Indian clubs popular with athletes and office workers.
